Established in 2018, Monogram is a family-owned and
operated business, with people at the heart of everything
we do.
Our family olive groves, with trees as old as 100 years,
benefit from the unique microclimate of our region. The
fresh sea breeze of the Ionian sea that engulfs them,
the mild winters that help them grow, the morphology
of the soil, and the close monitoring by our expert
scientific team play a crucial role in ensuring we produce
exceptional harvests of the highest quality, aroma, and
flavor with the signature of Monogram.
We produce both traditional and organic olive oil of the
Koroneiki cultivar, the Queen of Greek olive cultivars,
and source additional monovarietals of exceptional
quality from Lakonia, Lesvos, and Thrace.

Our Harvesting
We avoid late harvesting, carefully collecting only the healthy fruit. In doing so, we ensure that our products maintain all their complex organoleptic characteristics, such as color, fragrance, and fluidity. For our organic produce, we use farming practices in accordance with the international standards of organic and sustainable farming practices.
Overall, we try to minimize the input to our olive groves and constantly strive to reduce our environmental footprint.
Our Processing
We partner exclusively with an EN ISO 22000 certified olive mill, to extract the highest quality olive oil. We transport the olive fruits to the olive mill immediately after harvesting, cold press, and knead them in less than 30 minutes. As a result, we produce great-tasting, nutritious extra virgin olive oil varietals, with a high count of polyphenols and loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants and powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
Our Storage and Packaging
We store our olive oil in stainless-steel tanks with inert gas feeding equipment and cooling jacket sleeves to maintain an intact temperature and protect against oxidation caused by air contact.
All our bottles are patented with non-refillable, anti-drip, tamper-proof closures and we use only eco-friendly packaging.

My name is Panagiotis, i’m 57 years old,i have worked in the fields since 1986 when my father passed away. I planted the most of my olive trees with my bare hands back in the year 1986.
Some of those trees date from 1200 b.c.
Our extra virgin olive oil comes from our own trees,and it’s 100% biological agriculture.we farm two olive trees variations.the first one is the well known ‘koroneiki’ and the other one is ‘mavrolia’,which means black olive tree,because of the black olives.this kind of olive trees believed that there are not exist anywhere else in the world,only arround the village of Chora,and some of those trees date from 1200 b.c.Huge trees and unique.

My olive fields are placed in an area between Palace of Neston in ancient Pylos and the Costa Navarino luxury hotel. The Microclimate of this certain area helps the olive trees to grow well and protects them of low temperatures during the winter. Some of my fields and the chosen one especially, are very difficult to crop, because of the landscape, as you’ll see in the photos!

My name is Konstantinos and I am 43 years old. I am Environmental physicist and I own olive trees in the area of Pylia- Messinia-Greece. Our oil comes from our fields and located on a farm near the city of Pylos, and have a view to Navarino bay. We produce an excellent product (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) in the amount of one ton per year.

My name is Ilias Anagnostopoulos. I was born in Kalamata Greece and I am an olive oil and table olives producer. I am 51 years old, I have two children and I work as a producer since my 20’s, close to my father, also an olive oil producer with great experience. Our family produces olive oil almost for 100 years. My dream was always to create olive products of high nutritional value that will bring health and wellness to people’s lives. I always wanted my customers to eat the same quality of olive oil that I feed my children.
Our olive oil has a medium fruity, bitter and spicy character
This grove produces 1200kg of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Olives are harvested in November (ripening stage 2 & 3), carried in plastic containers, taken to the mill the same day and processed in a modernized olive oil mill following cold extraction method to assure that all aromas, flavors and nutrients will stay intact. Acidity is from 0,17 to 0,3. Our olive oil has a medium fruity, bitter and spicy character with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, artichoke, herbs, olive leaf and green almond. It has good complexity, harmony, balance and persistence.

The most cultivated variety in Greece and the world. The soil is mostly clay and we plough once a year around March. The climate is Mediterranean with strong sunshine, low humidity, and minor rainfalls which make it ideal for the cultivation of olive trees. We work with the integrated management system when it comes to pest control, fertilization, and irrigation to protect the environment, consumers, and future generations.
