The ARTOLIO project is a unique and innovative initiative aimed at transforming and revitalizing the olive oil sector in the Mediterranean region, focusing on small and medium producers. This project, co-financed by the European Union, brings together a consortium of partners from various Mediterranean countries, including experts in agriculture, technology, sustainability, and marketing. Its goal is to support olive oil producers in adopting more sustainable and profitable practices, while also ensuring the preservation of the region’s biodiversity and cultural landscape.
