Klēa’s ‘EARLY HARVEST’ is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the unripe olive fruits of the ‘Chondrolia Chalkidikis’ variety. The unripe green olives are only hand-picked and the olive oil extraction process takes place within a few hours of harvest and in temperatures below 25°C. The result is a well-balanced extra virgin olive oil with intense green fruity aromas, low acidity and high concentration in phenolic compounds.
