This very limited edition sample box encloses and inaugurates the first in a series of annual attempts to capture the distinct aromas and tastes of two separate cultivars, as these are informed and expressed from their respective terroir. Consisting of two 100ml bottles of early harvest, single grove, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, one from 25-year-old Koroneiki trees from the alluvium soils of Sia hills at 300 metres above sea level, and the other from 100-year-old Cypriot trees found across the scattered with diabase rocks forest of Vavatsinia, at 750 metres above sea level, this box incubates our vision for the Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Cyprus. To constantly explore, experiment with and promote the variety and variability of its organoleptic profiles, in a way that enhances the sensorial pleasures consumers can relish from Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
