Requests processed by email must be made from the same email address registered by the applicant.
In both cases, the User, in order to exercise the aforementioned rights and in order to offer guarantees of identification, must attach a copy of his/her National Identity Document or, if applicable, Foreigners’ Identification Number, in force, to his/her request.

RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OBJECTION
In compliance with the provisions of current legislation on personal data protection, you may contact Kellenfol Advertisng S.L. as Data Controller to exercise your rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition with respect to the data included in the files under its responsibility. These rights are personal and shall be exercised by the interested party, with no other limitations than those provided for in the applicable legislation. However, the legal representative of the user concerned may act when he/she is in a situation of incapacity or minority that prevents him/her from exercising his/her rights personally, provided that there is express representation authorized by the owner of the data.
It will be possible to cancel the data in case of deceased owners by their relatives or exercise the right of access in case of death of the affected person.
You may exercise your right of access by means of a request or application addressed to Kellenfol Advertisng S.L. as Data Controller, stating your identification and the file or files to be consulted. This right may be exercised on an annual basis, unless there is a proven legitimate interest. The Security Officer will decide on the request for access within a maximum period of thirty days from receipt of the request.
Kellenfol Advertisng S.L. will only deny access when the request is made by a person other than the data subject or when the exercise is contrary to the terms established in current legislation.
If the decision is upheld, access shall be granted within ten days following notification of the decision. The information, whatever the medium in which it is provided, shall be given in legible and intelligible form, after transcription in clear of the data in the file, if applicable.
The information shall include the data subject’s basic data and those resulting from any computer processing, as well as the origin of the data, the recipients of the data and the specification of the specific uses and purposes for which the data were stored.
When access to the files reveals that the data of the affected person is inaccurate or incomplete, inadequate or excessive, you may request the rectification or, where appropriate, cancellation of the same.
The rectification, cancellation and/or opposition will be made effective by the person in charge of the file within ten days of receipt of the request. Such request for rectification or cancellation shall be made by e-mail.
In the event that the File Manager considers that it is not appropriate to accede to the request made by the affected party, he/she will inform him/her stating the reasons and within the term indicated in the previous paragraph.
In cases where, although the cancellation of the data is appropriate, it is not possible to physically delete the data, either for technical reasons or due to the computer support used, Kellenfol Advertisng S.L. will block the data in order to prevent its further use, until it is completely deleted from the information systems.
