I am an olive producer, miller and professional olive oil taster (ONAOO school).

I am an olive producer, miller and professional olive oil taster (ONAOO school). Our farm is situated one the east coast of Corsica on a 35ha domain and our trees planted in 2008 with a majority of local cultivars. Our mill is a two phase mill upgraded with recent innovative extraction tools. Our extra virgin olive oil has won several prizes including the Mario Solinas prize at the IOC.

Our extra virgin olive oil is composed of a range of organoleptic selections, which include differences in cultivar and harvest period. From mild to more intense EVOO and in different packaging forms adapted to our everyday clients, delicatessen, selective grocers and gastronomy.

Our farm is situated between the sea and the hills on the east coast of Corsica.

Our farm is situated between the sea and the hills on the east coast of Corsica. It is a rural area with mainly citrus fruit and vineyards as well as wild flora. It benefits from a mild climate, sun and water as Corsica has many water sources and being a mountain has also everlasting snow. It is scarcely populated and the closest town with high density population is Bastia at 70 km away. The island lives mainly from tourism.
